Marc Chagall (1887–1985) Liberated The World From The Restraints Of Gravity In His Images, Allowing It To Enjoy The Enraptured Freedom Of Poetry. A Key Role Is Played By The Spectacular Ensemble Of Murals, Influenced By The Russian Avant-Garde And Cubism, Which Chagall Painted In 1920 For The Jewish Theater In Moscow. Its Central Painting Alone Measures An Unusual Three By Eight Meters.
